Billing questions
The subscription runs for one year at a time and is paid yearly in advance. Payment is handled by Stripe and invoices are sent electronically.
Yes. All prices are net, plus any applicable taxes.
The subscription renews automatically for another year until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in your account, effective at the end of the current period. Published e-labels then stay online unchanged for another 2 years, so the QR codes on your bottles keep working. Editing and publishing new e-labels requires an active plan.
A brand is a winery or cellar with its own name and its own e-labels. Every plan includes one brand. If you manage several estates in one account, add more brands for €10 per brand and year.
Yes. When you need more e-labels, switch to a bigger plan under Billing in the app. Existing e-labels and QR codes stay unchanged.
